| 摘 要： | 知识共享是高校知识管理中的重点与难点,是知识管理有效实施的瓶颈.文章围绕高等学校实施知识管理的必要性和知识共享实现的困难,分析了知识共享难以实现的成因,并在此基础上提出了知识共享得以实现的解决措施.

| Abstract: | Knowledge sharing,the key point and the difficult point in the college knowledge management,is the bottleneck of implementing the knowledge management effectively.Referring to the necesstiy of implementing the knowledge management in college and the diffcuilty of realizing the knowledge sharing,this paper analyses the reason why it is difficult to realize the knowledge sharing.And on the basis of that,it poses the sovling measures of the realization in knowledge sharing. |
