新形势下加强对企业流动党员进行教育管理的途径初探

随着改革开放的深入和市场经济的不断发展，企业外出务工经商的党员越来越多，流动范围越来越广，传统的党员教育管理模式已不适应新形势、新任务的要求，迫切需要寻找有效的流动党员教育管理途径。文章对新形势下加强企业流动党员教育管理的途径进行了探索，提出了一些具有建设性的对策措施。

A Preliminary Study on the Way to Strengthen Education Management on Mobile Party Members in Enterprises Against the New Situation

With the deepening of reform and opening up and the development of market economy, more and more Party members in enterprise choose to run businesses and enjoy more mobility. Traditional Party member management mode can not meet the requirement of the new situation and new task, which calls for a more effective way to educate party members. This article makes a preliminary study on the way to strengthen education management and puts out some constructive countermeasures.
