摘 要: | 设定辐射剂量,通过<'60>Co-γ射线辐射菊花继代组培苗,诱发突变体产生,研究辐射对菊花继代分化、生根的影响,结果表明:菊花组培苗的芽分化率随着辐射剂量的增加而逐渐下降,不同辐射剂量下的芽分化率有显著差异.辐射对菊花组培苗的生根率有显著影响,组培苗接受的辐射剂量越大,则生根率越低,且生根时间越长.

Abstract: | Setting the radiation dose,the plantlets of chrysanthemum is radiated by 60Co-γ radial and induced mutants,researching the impact of radiation on the subculture、rooting of the chrysanthemum.Below follows results:bud differentiation for the plantlets of chrysanthemum is decreased with the increase of radiation dose,significant difference by different radiation dose.The significant effect of rooting rate by radiation,rooting rate decreased with the radiation dose of the plantlets increased,and taking a long time. |
