| 摘 要： | 高职学校文化建设是高职学校实施教育不可或缺的重要环节。在调研高职院校发展历程及文化积淀的基础上,分析高职学校文化历史和现状,立足高职院校的特点,运用现代职业教育思想和文化建设理论,对高职学校文化建设进行理性思考与实践探索,提出文化建设的对策,促进高职学校文化建设的健康持续高速发展。
