农村土地制度改革之我见

集体土地所有权与国家土地所有权相比 ,在理论上和实践中存在着诸多缺陷和弊端。这些缺陷和弊端是导致现实生活中农业用地大量流失 ,农村社会秩序不稳定的主要原因之一。实行土地完全国有化 ,在农村推行土地永佃制 ,无疑是解决这些问题的最好方式。

My Views on the System Reform of the Rural Land

Compared the collective land ownership with the state land ownership,we notice that many drawbacks still exist both in theory and in practice.These drawbacks are one of the main reasons that lead to the great loss of the cultivated land in the countryside and the unsteady order of the rural society.Therefore,the best way to solve these problems is to carry out the entire land nationalization and to practise Yong Dian System.
