摘    要:按照GB/T 2912.1-2009《纺织品甲醛的测定第一部分游离水解的甲醛(水萃取法)》测定纺织品、服装上游离甲醛的含量时,为减少数据的离散性,提高测试结果的正确度,文章详细讨论了测试过程中的每个细节,特别注重了标准曲线的绘制、取样的均匀性、试样的萃取与显色、吸光度的测定等实际操作中的细节对测定结果的影响。对提高甲醛检测结果的精确度、促进生态纺织品标准化的实施有一定的参考价值和实用意义。

Abstract:This paper mainly discussed the details in the process of formaldehyde testing, according to GB/T 2912.1-2009 Textiles--Determination of formaldehyde --Part 1 :Free and hydrolyzed formaldehyde (water extraction method), especially studied the main factors affecting the testing results, including the drawing of the formaldehyde standard solution curve, sampling uniformity, extraction and colorimetric, absorption inspection, etc.. This method could help to reduce the degree of the data dispersion and improve the accuracy when inspecting the free formaldehyde content in the textiles and clothes. It is useful to improve the inspection precision, and promote the implementation of ecological textiles standardization.
