On Development Tendency of Private Economy In the View of New Institution Economics

There is a close connection between private economy and market economy. The paper describes the necessity of developing private economy in the process of developing market economy and makes a deep analysis from the angle of new institution economics. The author holds the idea that, as a kind of institution arrangement, the property right of private economy belongs to individuals and has its own advantages. In the author's opinion, private economy has made contributions to the growth of national economy.
