随着现代旅游业的快速发展，旅游人才已经成为影响大三亚旅游经济圈发展的关键因素。为充分了解海南自由贸易港建设下三亚旅游经济圈旅游景区人才培养现状，通过对业内人士访谈与问卷调查等方法，研究大三亚旅游经济圈景区人才持有、分布、培养、流动和保护现状，分析新形势下旅游景区人才需求以及发展过程中存在的问题，探究旅游景区人才培养的措施与对策，为海南自由贸易港建设中旅游景区人才引进及培养提供思路。

Analysis of Talents Demand and Countermeasures of Sanya Tourist Scenic Spots in the Construction Process of Hainan Free Trade Port

With the rapid development of modern tourism in China, tourism talents have become a key factor that affect the developing process of the Great Sanya Tourism Economic Circle. In order to fully understand the talent training in Hainan tourism economic circle during the construction process of Hainan free trade port, through tourism industry insides interviews and questionnaire surveys, the talent holding, distribution, training, flow and protection are studied , the new situation of talent demand and the problems in the development process is analyzed , the measures and countermeasures are explored , to provide ideas of the talent introduction and training in tourism attractions during the construction process of Hainan free trade port.
