| Abstract: | The research is based on the analysis of the condition of land and water resources in the Western Part of Heilongjiang Province, considering the calculation of supply and demand bal- ance of water resources over the 50 billion kilograms of grain pro- ductivity project planning. To further analyse the carrying capacity of water resource with the increase of grain production in the western part of Heilongjiang province, meanwhile, to raise the and suggestions to the restraints. |
