反倾销的公共利益原则研究

随着国际贸易的深入发展，倾销与反倾销的问题日益突出，而对“公共利益”的考量则是决定反倾销措施是否实施的重要问题。本文首先提出了反倾销之“公共利益”原则问题，接着分析了该原生的原因，然后指出该原则在我国反倾销立法中的现状，且就此提出了相应的解决对策。

On the Principle of Public Interest in Anti-Dumping

With the extended development of international trade, the issue of dumping and anti-dumping is becoming more and more impressive, while the consideration of public interest is a key point in the decision on the anti-dumping measures. The author firstly puts forward the issue of public interest principle in anti-dumping, analyzes the reasons for the birth of the principle, points out the current situation of the principle in China＇ s Anti-Dumping Law, and then suggests some relevant solutions.
