| 摘 要： | 本文以东盟国家和墨西哥参与自由贸易区的国际直接投资效应为例,揭示自由贸易区作用于国际直接投资的经济学原理,以及自由贸易区共同的政策制度挑战跨国公司原有优势和改善成员国投资环境的可能与途径。本文的研究将给正在积极参与自由贸易区建设的发展中国家带来正反两方面的启迪。
