城市环境对国家高新区技术创新能力影响分析

国家高新区是在城市的依托下建立起来的，城市基础的优劣直接影响着高新区的发展。在对53个国家高新区所在城市的经济环境和科技环境进行合理评价的基础之上，以城市经济环境和城市科技环境为自变量，高新区的技术创新能力为因变量进行回归分析。结果表明：省会城市和沿海发达城市对高新区的支撑作用较强，而非省会的中小城市支撑作用有待提高，同时应该进一步加强政府政策的扶持。
