| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the characteristics of the mountain disasters, as well as the main problem of small water conservancy project construction in the mountains area, it proposed the measures to strengthen the management of small mountain water conservancy project construction and the countermeasures to avoid calamity, introduced types of small water conservancy projects which used commonly in the prevention of mountain disaster and discussed the problems needed to solve in the popularization of small water conservancy projects to control mountain disaster. |
