| 摘 要： | 伴随着我国社区服务制度的迅速发展,社区服务法律制度滞后的问题日益凸显。完善我国社区服务法律制度是实现社会法治化、和谐化的重要环节。分析了我国现有的相关法律制度的主要内容与不足,指出我们应借鉴国外相关社区服务法律制度完善与社区居民切身利益密切相关的各项法律。
