| 摘 要： | 重复建设已成为中国的产业结构升级的瓶颈,严重影响中国经济发展。本文对产业聚集介绍的同进对以往的支柱产业政策进行反思,认为随着国际市场上标准化的大批量生产已向非标准化的定制生产转移,以及经济活动需要多样化以适应顾客的需求,中国区域经济规划要有产业聚集的思维。主张以有特色的产业聚集打造区域核心竞争力,防止重复建设,促进区域经济持续发展。

| Abstract: | Building redundant project is a bottleneck of Industrial construction in China, it has been obstructing our economical development seriously. This article states something about industrial clusters and rethinks the mainstay industrial policy we adopted before. Now that standard production of large batch has changed for ordering production and customers ask for diversification to meet their needs, we must hold the idea of industrial clusters when make regional planning. Characteristic industrial clusters can help us to build our regional core competence, prevent building redundant project and promote regional economic persistent development. |
