Solutions to the Difficulties in Manager Assessment |

| Abstract: | The rise and fall of an enterprise mainly concerns management and also the employment of persounels knowing about employces. With the modem persounel assessment means advance, it has become the key factor for an enterprise to surpass other competitors. So the author analyces the difficulties of manager assessment and proposes some solutions for the readers concerned. |
