| 摘 要： | 在常见排水管道费用函数模型的基础上,通过引入0-1变量构造了通用的排水管道费用函数公式,并采用改进遗传算法进行了参数优化,有效地提高了程序的通用性和效率,可用于快速确定不同地区的最佳排水管道费用函数。

| Abstract: | On the basis of cost function models of sewer pipes used usually, the general cost function equation is created by introducing a 0 - 1 variable and an improved genetic algorithm is used to find the optimal parameters. It can effectively improve the generality and efficiency of the program and can be used to quickly find the best cost function of sewer pipes of different areas. |
