The Path of Chinese County-level Medical Reform——Investigation on the Medical Reform in Luohu and Gaozhou in Guangdong Province |

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the main measures of Luohu District in Shenzhen on promoting the construction of a compact medical consortium and those of Gaozhou People's Hospital on deepening the comprehensive reform of public hospitals.It is proposed that three principles should be adhered to on deepening county-level medical reform,that is,insisting on strengthening party leadership and insisting on building an integrated medical service system,adhere to the tripartite system reform. |
