基于财政视角增加农民财产性收入机制研究

党的十九大报告明确提出,"促进农村一二三产业融合发展,支持和鼓励农民就业创业,拓宽增收渠道".农民财产性收入是农民收入的重要组成部分,增加农民财产性收入是实施乡村振兴战略、促进城乡协调发展的重要举措.本文通过梳理浙江省农民财产性收入基本情况,分析制约农民财产性收入增长因素,基于财政视角提出增加农民财产性收入的几点思考.

Research on the Mechanism of Increasing Farmers'Property Income from the Fiscal Perspective

The report of the 19th National Congress of the CPC clearly stated,we will promote the integrated development of the primary,secondary,and tertiary industries in rural areas,support and encourage employment and business startups there,and open up more channels to increase rural incomes.Farmers'property income is an important part of their income.Increasing farmers'property income is an important measure to implement the strategy of rural revitalization and promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.By sorting out the basic situation of farmers'property income in Zhejiang province,this paper analyzes the factors restricting the growth of farmers'property income,and puts forward some thoughts on increasing farmers'property income from the fiscal perspective.
