疫情对我国铁路行业发展的影响与对策

在新冠肺炎疫情持续扩散的紧急形势下,铁路行业作为我国交通运输的主力军,在疫情防控工作中发挥支撑保障作用的同时,其自身发展也受到巨大的冲击。在整理总结2015—2019年我国铁路行业发展状况的基础上,分析了此次疫情对我国铁路行业客、货运发展和基础设施投资的影响,并提出对策建议:建立短期与长期相结合的政策,争取形成防控突发公共事件的长效机制;加强铁路货运体系现代化建设,保障铁路物流网络畅通高效;加快铁路数字化、智能化建设,充分发挥铁路大数据和高铁创新成果作用等。为铁路行业积极应对疫情防控等社会重大突发事件提供有关思路。

The Impact of NCP on the Development of China's Railway Industry

Under the emergency situation of continuous spread of NCP,the railway industry,as the main force of China's transportation,has been greatly impacted in its development while playing a supporting role.On the basis of summarizing the development status of China's railway industry from 2015 to 2019,this paper analyzes the impact of this epidemic on the development of passenger and freight transport and infrastructure investment in China's railway industry,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions:Establish a combination of short-term and long-term policies,and strive to form a long-term mechanism for prevention and control of public emergencies;Strengthen the modernization of the railway freight system to ensure the smooth and efficient railway logistics network;Speed up the development of digitalized and intelligent railways,and give full play to innovations in big data and high-speed railways.These provide relevant ideas for railway industry to actively respond to major social emergencies such as epidemic prevention and control.
