With the gradual acceleration of the industrialization process,food safety and environmental protection issues are more and more concerned by the community,so it is urgent to strengthen food safety monitoring and control.The natural evaporation of mercury has an impact on the growth of animals and plants,which is a serious threat to human health.In view of the characteristics of mercury and the general situation in food,based on the analysis of traditional detection methods,the application of automatic mercury detector in the direct determination of total mercury in food was further explored,providing a reference for the direct detection of mercury in food.
