| 摘 要： | 系统梳理了混合所有制改革的定义与国家政策法规对于混合所有制改革的相关要求,总结了国铁企业开展混合所有制改革面临的关键问题,研究了国铁企业开展混合所有制改革中的参与企业、股权结构设置、战略投资者选择、员工持股及管理等关键问题,提出国铁企业混改的目标及问题对策。

| Abstract: | This essay systematically reviews the definition of Mixed Ownership Reform(MOR)and state policies and regulations towards MOR,concludes the key issues of national railway enterprise implementing MOR such as property rights defining,ownership structure settings,strategic investor choosing,employee stock ownership,finally put forward the aim and the countermeasures of national railway enterprise MOR. |
