摘    要:我国的饮食文化具有悠久的历史,将中国的医药文化与饮食文化相结合,是我国饮食的一大特色。随着经济的发展,人们生活水平与健康意识的不断提高,人们提高了对健康饮食、药膳饮食的重视程度。本文就药膳汤饮现状与发展研究这一问题进行相关分析,在了解药膳汤饮发展现状的同时,对药膳汤饮的发展方向进行探讨,从而为相关人士开展研究提供参考。

Abstract:China’s diet culture has a long historical background,the combination of Chinese medicine culture and diet culture is a major feature of China’s diet.With the development of economy,people’s living standard and health consciousness have been constantly improved,and people have also raised the importance of healthy diet and medicated diet.This paper analyzes the current situation and development of medicated diet soup,and the development direction of medicated diet soup was discussed while the current situation of medicated diet soup was understood,so as to provide reference for relevant people to carry out research.
