| 摘 要： | 对唐山市市场监督管理局官网公布的2019年度食用农产品安全监督抽检公告信息进行汇总,按照食品种类、抽样环节和不合格项目3个方面进行分析,发现存在农药、兽药残留超标、使用禁用农药、兽药、重金属元素污染等问题,并以上述分析结果为基础提出监管对策,以提高唐山市食用农产品安全总体水平。

| Abstract: | This paper summarized the information of announcements about sampling inspection results of safety supervision of edible agricultural products published on the official website of Tangshan Administration for Market Regulation in 2019.We analyzed the data in three aspects,including food types,sampling links and unqualified items.We found that there were some problems such as pesticide and veterinary drug residues exceeding the standard,illegal use of banned pesticide and veterinary drug,heavy metal pollution and so on.We proposes relevant regulatory countermeasures based on the above analysis results,and improves the overall level of edible agricultural products safety in Tangshan City. |
