摘    要:本文分别选择HLB、Silica、C18和PSA共4种不同填料的固相萃取柱及黄曲霉毒素专用净化柱对大米中的黄曲霉毒素进行前处理。结果表明,黄曲霉毒素G2、G1、B1、B2的加标回收率范围在88.3%~95.9%,除5号黄曲霉毒素专用净化柱外,4号(PSA)柱子更适合粮食基质,回收率更高,净化效果更好。

Abstract:In this paper,the solid-phase extraction column with HLB,silica,C18 and PSA packing and the special purification column for aflatoxin were selected to pretreat the aflatoxin in rice.The results showed that the recovery rate of aflatoxin G2,G1,B1 and B2 was 88.3%~95.9%.In addition to the special purification column for aflatoxin 5,the No.4(PSA)column was more suitable for grain matrix and the recovery rate was higher High,the purification effect is better.
