摘    要:本文以剑麻渣为原料,对果胶和不溶性膳食纤维进行复合提取工艺研究。通过单因素试验考察选取影响因素和相关水平,采用正交实验优化得出最佳工艺:料液比1∶15,pH 1.5,提取时间90 min,提取温度90℃;在该工艺条件下,果胶得率为5.70%,不溶性膳食纤维得率为75%。

Abstract:The extraction technology of pectin and insoluble dietary fiber from sisal residue was studied.Through single factor test,the influence factors and relevant levels were selected,and the optimum conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment:the ratio of material to liquid 1∶15,pH 1.5,extraction time 90 min,extraction temperature 90°C,the yield of Pectin was 5.70%,the yield of insoluble dietary fiber was 75%.
