| 摘 要： | 在我国5G信息技术飞速发展的时代背景下,新媒体、新技术已经融入企业工作当中,为了使企业思政工作更具有时代感与吸引力,有必要使企业思政工作与现代化信息技术深度融合,从而达到增强企业工作有效性、提升思政课程时效性的目的。论文立足于企业信息化战略目标,探究了新媒体对企业思政工作的影响与对应改革策略。

| Abstract: | Under the historical background of the rapid development of 5G information technology in China,new media and new technology have been integrated into enterprises'work.In order to make the ideological and political work in enterprises more contemporary and attractive,it is necessary to deeply integrate the ideological and political work in enterprises with modern information technology,so as to achieve the purpose of enhancing the effectiveness of enterprises'work and improving the timeliness of ideological and political courses.Based on the strategic goal of informatization in enterprises,the paper explores the influence of new media on the ideological and political work in enterprises and corresponding reform strategies. |
