Discussion on How to Carry Out Ideological and Political Work in Hospitals Based on the Background of Diversified Value Orientation of Young Workers

The service level and quality of the hospitals affect the masses'satisfaction with the hospitals,thus affecting the promotion and development of China's medical system reform.Young workers are the backbone of the hospitals,and as young people in the new era,their ideological values are characterized by subjectivity,diversity,compatibility,volatility and so on.How to carry out effective ideological and political work for young workers is a problem that hospital leadership needs to focus on and consider.Therefore,on the basis of expounding the new characteristics of young workers'value orientation,the paper points out the shortcomings of their physical and mental existence and proposes countermeasures and methods for optimizing ideological and political work in hospitals.
