| Abstract: | Trade union plays an important role in the development of the enterprise and it is a platform for communication and exchanges between enterprise and employees.Based on the introduction of the basic situation of trade union,the paper systematically analyzes the role of trade union management in enterprise management.The paper finally puts forward effective measures to strengthen the influence of trade union management in enterprise human resources management. |
