| 摘 要： | 本文从《红楼梦》文本所依存的历史语境切入,通过透视大观园经济活动中的人际关系、利益分配、纠纷处理,力图在一个历史语境的具体背景下,分析传统社会中家族经济的"伦理治理"特征,从而论证在特定时代条件下某种治理模式的"当下合理性",提供一个理解传统社会家族经济活动的可能角度,并给迄今尚未完成的管理学科由传统的"伦理治术"转向"现代管理"带来某些启示。
