2016—2018年潍坊市奎文区食品安全监督抽检结果分析

摘    要:为了分析奎文区食品安全状况,提高食品安全抽检靶向性。本文分析了2016-2018年奎文区食品安全监督抽检结果,从抽检批次、不合格率及不合格项目等方面分析。结果显示,2016-2018年奎文区共抽检食品3 757批次,涉及食品种类23个,整体不合格率为2.58%,其中肉制品、蔬菜制品及水产品不合格率较高,主要为食品添加剂的"两超"(超限量、超范围)、农药残留超标、微生物超标。总体结果显示,2016—2018年潍坊市奎文区食品安全情况逐年向好,但也有突出问题,应加大对重点食品种类及重点区域的食品安全抽检监督力度,切实提升食品质量安全水平。

Analysis of the Results of Food Safety Supervision and Sampling in Kuiwen District,Weifang City from 2016 to 2018

Abstract:In order to analyze and compare the food quality and safety status of Kuiwen District,improve the targeting of food safety sampling.This article summarized and analyzed the results of the food safety supervision and sampling inspections in Kuiwen District from 2016 to 2018,and successively carried out statistical analysis from the random inspection batches,unqualified rates,food types and unqualified items.The data shows that in the three years from 2016 to 2018,3,757 batches of food were randomly inspected in Kuiwen District,Weifang City,involving 23 types of food,and the overall disqualification rate was 2.58%.Among them,meat products,vegetable products and aquatic products were not tested in 3 years.The pass rate is relatively high.From the perspective of the types of unqualified items,the main categories of food additives are the“two excesses”(exceeding limit and range),excessive pesticide residues,and excessive microbes.The overall result analysis shows that the food safety situation in Kuiwen District,Weifang City has been improving year by year during the three years from 2016 to 2018,but there are also outstanding problems.It is necessary to increase the supervision of key food types and food safety sampling in key areas to effectively improve food quality and safety Level.
