摘    要:用微波消解、电感耦合等离子体质谱法对牡蛎粉中的镉含量进行测定,并对其测定方法进行不确定性评价,找出影响不确定度的因素.结果显示,当样品镉含量为0.428 mg·kg-1时,其扩展不确定度为0.0068 mg·kg-1(k=2),测量结果显示为(0.428±0.0068)mg·kg-1.本文建立了测定牡蛎粉中镉含量不确定...

Abstract:Microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry were used to determine the content of cadmium in oyster powder,and the uncertainty of the determination method was evaluated to find out the factors affecting the uncertainty.The evaluation results show that when the cadmium content of the sample is 0.428 mg·kg-1,the expanded uncertainty is 0.0068 mg·kg-1(k=2),and the measurement result is(0.428±0.0068)mg·kg-1.The basic method of determining the uncertainty of cadmium content in oyster powder was established.This method is suitable for the detection results obtained by linear regression and can be used to reasonably characterize the reliability of the measurement results.
