Food safety is the most difficult public health problem in the world.With the development of the times,the requirements for food safety are getting higher and higher.It has become an inevitable trend to study how to optimize the quality of technical inspection and improve the effect of food inspection.Especially in some specific environments,more attention paid to microbial detection in food to prevent microbial contamination.At present,more typical pathogenic bacteria such as Salmonella and Vibrio parahaemolyticus are more common.Doing a good job of detecting such pathogenic bacteria can effectively improve the efficiency of food safety work.To do the above work,a mature detection technology is needed to meet the needs of microbial detection.At present,single fluorescence quantitative PCR detection technology is popular in practical applications.Based on this,this article focuses on the application of PCR technology in the actual food microbial detection process,and analyzes personal opinions on improving the effectiveness of the technology.
