| 摘 要： | 本实验主要通过两版国标法测定婴幼儿配方乳粉中泛酸含量,对比两种方法测定结果的精密度与加标回收率,结果显示,新旧两版国标法的相对标准偏差分别为1.37%~2.84%与1.06%~2.75%,平均回收率分别为97.0%与98.3%,两版标准方法精密度都很高。希望通过本文的实验数据比对为生产企业与检验检测机构提供数据支持。

| Abstract: | This experiment mainly used the two editions of the national standard method to determine the content of pantothenic acid in infant formula milk powder,and compared the precision of the two methods and the recovery rate of standard addition.The results showed that the relative standard deviations of the new and old two editions of the national standard method were 1.37%~2.84%and 1.06%~2.75%,the average recovery rates were 97.0%and 98.3%,respectively.The precision of the two versions of the standard method is very high.It is hoped that the comparison of experimental data in this article will provide data support for manufacturers and inspection and testing institutions. |
