Overview of Genetically Modified Food Testing Technology in the New Era

Abstract:Genetic Engineering is an important branch of bioengineering.It is to modify the gene at the molecular level and introduce the external gene into the recipient cells by in vitro recombination,allows genes to be copied,transcribed,and translated inside the cell.Through the continuous development and modification of genetic technology,genetic engineering technology can be stable in accordance with people’s wishes to genetic expression of new products or new traits.The genetically modified food has brought more choices to people’s lives,especially the emergence of genetically modified food,which has brought more choices to people’s lives.By combining DNA recombination with cell fusion,highprotein and fast-growing improved plants can be produced.As a result,more attention has been paid to the genetically modified food issue,and further research and certification are needed to determine whether the genetically modified food is truly safe and secure.
