Abstract:The course Fermentation Engineering as a professional cluster construction course of the School of Life and Geographic Sciences of Kashgar University,is the core course of biotechnology and the key course of food science and engineering.It has strong practicality and application.Based on the professional status of the college,this article adjusts and optimizes the course content according to the professional characteristics,and reforms the teaching methods and course assessment system.The research results show that:optimizing the content of the course to be closer to professional development;improving the teaching method,the theory course teaching adopts two online and offline modes,and the practical course gradually moves closer to the enterprise from the classroom experiment,which is conducive to the employment orientation of students;Reform the course assessment method,reposition the course,objectively evaluate the comprehensive quality of students.
