Study on the Implementation Strategy of Collaborative Innovation Mode from the Perspective of the System--Take the New Energy Vehicle Enterprises as Example

Collaborative innovation plays an important role in adapting to the external complex environment and solving the low efficiency of innovation,but how to choose the appropriate collaborative innovation mode is an important problem to be solved in enterprises’innovation management.Considering the differences of results,the single of factors in the existing research,this study puts forward the combination and equivalence judgment of the influencing factors of collaborative innovation mode based on the system perspective,takes China’s new energy vehicle enterprises as example,and uses multi value qualitative comparative analysis method.From this,the paper puts forward the applicable conditions and implementation strategies of different collaborative innovation modes for new energy vehicle enterprises.From this,the paper puts forward the applicable conditions and implementation strategy combinations of different collaborative innovation modes for new energy vehicle enterprises,namely,implementation strategy combinations of the core-supported collaborative innovation mode,implementation strategy combinations of the platform-radiated collaborative innovation mode and implementation strategy combinations the industry-expansion collaborative innovation mode.These implementation strategy combinations consist of six main paths.Therefore,enterprises need to comprehensively consider internal and external factors to choose a collaborative innovation mode which is suitable for their development needs,and constantly adjust and optimize the mode to continuously meet their development goals.
