摘 要: | 食用菌作为营养价值丰富的健康食品,具有很大的市场空间。文章针对食用菌产业发展中的种植、加工、物流、销售等关键环节进行梳理,以便了解当前食用菌产业研究进展,对促进食用菌产业健康可持续发展具有一定的现实意义。

Abstract: | As a kind of healthy food with rich nutritional value,edible fungi has a large market space.In this paper,the cultivation,processing,logistics,sales and other key links of the development of Edible Fungi industry were combed in order to timely understand the current research progress of edible fungi industry,which has certain practical significance to promote the healthy and sustainable development of edible fungi industry. |
