摘 要: | 本文综述了黄酒中多肽的分离提纯和功效的研究进展情况,特别是黄酒的抗氧化、抗衰老,降血压血脂、降胆固醇,免疫调节以及代谢功能,抗疲劳作用等功效,旨在梳理黄酒多肽当前的研究现状,进一步推动黄酒产业的发展。

Abstract: | This article reviews the research progress on the separation,purification and efficacy of Huangjiu,especially its anti-oxidation and anti-aging,lowering blood pressure and blood lipids,lowering cholesterol,immune regulation,metabolic function,and anti-fatigue effects.It aims to sort out the current research status of Huangjiu peptides and further promote the development of Huangjiu industry. |
