| Abstract: | This article aims to use the same extraction method to extract 5 mycotoxins from corn at the same time,and use UPLC-MS/MS for sample detection.Through the optimization of the extraction method and the confirmation of the accuracy of the optimization method,the process of extracting with 100%acetonitrile and performing sample processing(FB1 was reconstituted with 50%acetonitrile)was finally determined.Using this method to DON,3-AcDON,ZEN,AFB1,FB1 these five mycotoxins can be tested conveniently,quickly,accurately and reliably. |
