野菠萝果中多糖、黄酮与多酚的含量测定及抗氧化研究

Determination of the Content of Polysaccharides,Flavonoids and Polyphenols in Pandanus tectorius Sol.and Its Antioxidant Research

Abstract:In this study,Soxhlet extraction method and solvent extraction method were used to extract flavonoids,polysaccharides and polyphenols in Pandanus tectorius Sol.,and they were determined according to aluminum nitratesodium nitrite colorimetry,phenol-sulfuric acid method and forint-phenol colorimetry content.DPPH free radical scavenging ability and·OH free radical scavenging ability were used for antioxidant determination.The results showed that the contents of polysaccharides,flavonoids and polyphenols in Pandanus tectorius Sol.were 2.30 mg·g-1,4.32 mg·g-1 and 1.28 mg·g-1,respectively,and they all showed good antioxidant activity.Among them,the IC50 of the scavenging rate of the polysaccharide DPPH free radical and the scavenging rate of·OH free radical are(0.010±0.288)mg·mL-1 and(0.041±0.229)mg·mL-1,respectively,which are lower than those of the flavonoids and polyphenol DPPH free radicals.The IC50 value of the scavenging rate and·OH radical scavenging rate.It shows that the three active substances of wild pineapple have antioxidant activity and polysaccharides are the main antioxidant components.This provides theoretical basis and reference value for in-depth research on the comprehensive utilization of Pandanus tectorius Sol.and the development of natural antioxidants.
