海洋食品质量与安全科技发展趋势

摘    要:对海洋食品质量的安全把控是十分重要的,但这项工作开展过程中出现了一些问题,致使海洋食品质量安全检测工作遇到困难。除此之外,海洋食品的链条较长,这也致使难以对海洋食品的质量进行完全控制,提升海洋食品质量与安全控制的水平十分必要。随着科学水平的不断提升,科技创新在海洋食品质量与安全控制方面起到了不可替代的作用。基于此,本文首先简要分析食品安全的重要性,随后对海洋食品质量与安全科技发展趋势进行分析,以供相关人士交流与参考。

Abstract:The safety control of the quality of marine food is very important,and some problems have also appeared during the development of this work,which has caused difficulties in the inspection of marine food quality and safety.In addition,the long chain of marine food also makes it difficult to fully control the quality of marine food.It is very necessary to improve the quality and safety control of marine food.With the continuous improvement of scientific level,scientific and technological innovation has played an irreplaceable role in the quality and safety control of marine food.Based on this,this article first briefly analyzes the importance of food safety,and then analyzes the development trend of marine food quality and safety technology for relevant exchanges and reference.
