浅谈食品质量安全管理中存在的问题和解决策略

摘    要:随着我国食品质量安全相关法规政策、标准制度的颁布,以及政府监管力度的加强,我国食品质量安全管理水平得到了有效的提升,但仍有食品质量安全事件发生。因此,本文在综述了我国当前食品质量安全现状的基础上,从制度、监管体系、生产技术和风险预警能力4个方面分析了当前我国食品质量安全管理中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决策略,旨在为我国食品质量安全管理的完善提供客观的参考。

Abstract:With the promulgation of my country’s food quality and safety-related regulations,policies,standards and systems,and the strengthening of government supervision,my country’s food quality and safety management level has been effectively improved,but food quality and safety incidents still occur.Therefore,on the basis of reviewing the current status of food quality and safety in my country,this article analyzes the current problems in food quality and safety management in my country from four aspects:system,supervision system,production technology and risk early warning capabilities,and proposes corresponding solutions.It aims to provide an objective reference for the improvement of food quality and safety management in my country.
