| 摘 要： | 合理使用食品添加剂有助于食品行业的商品化,但是随着食品安全事故的逐渐增多,必须要对食品添加剂的使用有正确的认识.本文对食品添加剂的主要问题进行阐述,分析食品添加剂的作用、重要性、发展现状以及可能存在的问题,并最终提出正确使用食品添加剂的建议.
