State-owned enterprises in the new era plays a key role in the process of shared development.Sharing the profits of state-owned enterprises among the whole people is an inherent requirement for realizing people-centered development and building China into a great modern socialist country in the new era.It is also an important advantage and characteristic of the socialist market economy.The reform of profit distribution system of state-owned enterprises must give full play to the leading role of the government and properly handle the relationship between profit distribution and the enthusiasm of enterprises for development.In the new era,profits from state-owned enterprises should be shared by all.We should further expand the coverage of state-owned enterprises that collect profits,and bring state-owned financial enterprises under the budgetary management of state capital operations,appropriately increasing the proportion of profits turned over to state-owned enterprises,reverse the situation in which most of the profits turned over to state-owned enterprises are recycled for internal circulation,increase the proportion of the profits turned over to public finance,and use it more to ensure and improve people’s livelihood.Monopoly and competition,participation in domestic and foreign markets and other situations should be considered in the collection and payment of profits,and state-owned enterprises should be encouraged to participate in global economic competition.
