Abstract:Food is the priority of the people.Safety is the minimum requirement of food consumption.Without safety,color,flavor and nutrition are out of the question.So improve the quality of the food safety inspection work has important significance at present,food safety risk monitoring has received the attention of the society from all walks of life,in the process of inspection of food hygiene,microbiological belongs to the indispensable important part,but the inspection of food microorganism will be affected by many factors.This paper first introduces the content and methods of food microbiological inspection,and then conducts in-depth research on the problems existing in food microbiological inspection,and puts forward a perfect plan based on the actual needs,hoping to ensure the safety of food in this way.
