| 摘 要： | 食品相关产品质量检验检测是食品相关产品在市场上销售之前的关键环节,也是市场监管的重要途径,能够最大程度上保证食品安全。本文从食品相关产品质量检验检测方面入手,分析检验检测中遇到的实际问题,提出检验检测质量控制建议,为后期食品相关产品检验检测工作提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Food safety concerns people’s livelihood,but food-related products are in direct contact with food materials.The quality inspection of food-related products is the key link before the food-related products are sold in the market.It is also an important way of market supervision and can ensure the food safety to the greatest extent.In this paper,the actual problems in the inspection and testing of food-related products are analyzed,and the suggestions for improving the quality control of inspection and testing are put forward,which can be used for reference in the later inspection and testing of food-related products. |
