食品加工中的污染及其安全检验方法初探

摘    要:近年来,我国食品安全问题时有发生,造成食品安全问题的根本原因不仅是相关法律体系不够完善和对食品安全重视程度较低,还与食品检测技术水平息息相关.本文针对食品加工中的污染源和危害进行了详细介绍,针对食品加工污染类型,提出了一系列的应对策略,并针对食品污染检测方法进行探讨,以为我国食品安全奉献绵薄之力.

Pollution in Food Processing and Its Safety Inspection Method

Abstract:In recent years,some food production and processing enterprises in China are often reported food safety problems.The root cause of food safety problems is not only the low attention of relevant legal system and food safety,but also closely related to the level of food detection technology.In this paper,the pollution sources and hazards in food processing were introduced in detail.After that,according to the types of food processing pollution,a series of food processing pollution coping strategies were put forward.Finally,the detection methods of food pollution were discussed,contributing to the food safety in China.
