Pollution in Food Processing and Its Safety Inspection Method

In recent years,some food production and processing enterprises in China are often reported food safety problems.The root cause of food safety problems is not only the low attention of relevant legal system and food safety,but also closely related to the level of food detection technology.In this paper,the pollution sources and hazards in food processing were introduced in detail.After that,according to the types of food processing pollution,a series of food processing pollution coping strategies were put forward.Finally,the detection methods of food pollution were discussed,contributing to the food safety in China.
