摘    要:目的:建立高效液相色谱串联质谱法测定豆芽中4-氯苯氧乙酸(4-CPA)、6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)残留量的不确定度评定方法.方法:建立数学模型,分析实验过程中不确定度因素的主要来源.结果:豆芽中4-CPA含量为(9.06±0.86)μg·kg-1(k=2),6-BA含量为(9.41±0.88)μg·kg-1(k=2)....

Abstract:Objective:To establish an uncertainty evaluation method for the determination of 4-CPA and 6-BA residues in bean sprouts by high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.Method:Analyze the main sources of uncertainty factors in the experiment process by establishing a mathematical model.Results:The content of 4-CPA in bean sprouts was(9.06±0.86)μg·kg-1(k=2),and the content of 6-BA was(9.41±0.88)μg·kg-1(k=2).Conclusion:The sample pretreatment preparation,standard working solution preparation,sample concentration obtained by fitting the standard curve and the uncertainty component brought by the instrument itself are relatively large.In actual work,the sample pretreatment should be standardized.Use precision instruments for measurement.
