Study on the Application of Liquid Mass Spectrometry in the Detection of Food Mycotoxins

Abstract:Based on chromatographic separation technology,liquid mass spectrometry can be formed under the application of highly selective mass spectrometry.Compared with chromatographic separation technology,liquid mass spectrometry technology has high sensitivity and strong selectivity in the detection of food mycotoxins.Based on this,this article firstly explains the principle of detection of food mycotoxins by LC/MS,and analyzes the specific application of LC/MS combined with the actual toxin detection test,aiming to supplement the detection methods of food mycotoxins with LC/MS technology.Provide technical guidance for food safety testing and quality control.
